The Office App has many great abilities and features. Having an equipment database for each site has been useful. The Field App makes it easy for technicians and office to stay connected with each other in real time. I can work remotely, managing operations in Connecticut while sitting on a beach in Florida. I also like how easy it is to scale up or down to match our seasonal work.
I like how easy it is to use the dispatch boards for basic scheduling. I can also re-assign them to different drivers simply by dragging the appointments around the board.
Mobile Resource Manager has worked well for us. My favorite feature is the dispatch board. It is easy to read, requires schedule a call, and makes it easy to schedule planned maintenance. The mapping feature is also really helpful. We use it when plotting schedules and it works really, really well.
Job Cost software integrates well with Mobile Resource Manager, allowing us to easily create union reports. This is a great advantage since it helps us make better decisions and better serve our customers.
